(I’m just starting to keep track of how often this is done. But, so far, to date, the building door has been left unlocked over the weekend/night twice, and the office suite door has been left unlocked about five times.)
I’m just so sick of hearing how important sales people are and how they need to be awarded and rewarded (trips, trophies, money, bonuses, etc…) for just doing their job. All the while the people who actually do the work get nothing but shit on…
Ugh…
So our HR department has decided that everyone needs to always look at their new “intranet” when they get to work. So, since the company manages our installations of Chrome, they are forcing that site to be the page that always opens when you start Chrome. Thus anything that you do not have pinned, you lose. It’s somewhat funny, since there are a LOT of pissed off people around the company now… lol
So, the other day I received an email from the University of Texas, saying that they have published a lot of private information online – publicly. Supposedly they found it and removed it all, already. Below is the email I received from Jan Todd (jan@starkcenter.org).
