SALT LAKE CITY — A pedestrian injured by a motorist while following an online route has filed a lawsuit claiming Google Inc. supplied unsafe directions.

Google and Apple have locked horns in the mobile advertising battle. A Google exec has decried Apple’s revised developer terms, which seem to exclude certain third-party ad networks from the iPhone and iPad. Google is “trying to raise the specter of antitrust and generate public outcry and pressure for Apple to change the policy,” said Greg Sterling, principal of Sterling Market Intelligence.
Hilarious… And it seems to be true… Big shocker that micro$oft is doing anything it can to beat out the competition…

Case in point: a search on Bing for the phrase, “Why is Windows so expensive?” returned this as the top link….
